We are one of the largest Public Adjustment firms in the United States, with more than 1,500 claim reps, field adjusters and staff around the country and the Virgin Islands. We continue to strive for excellence, always putting our clients first and making sure they are treated fairly during the claims process and most importantly, making sure they are paid fairly.

What is a Public Adjuster

A Public Adjuster helps home and business owners when they have damage to their property, covered by their insurance policy, so that the insurance company treats and pays them fairly. We are an elite team of Claims Representatives and Field Adjusters, trained, licensed & bonded - ready to assist our customers in getting the maximum amount of money that their policy will allow during the claim settlement process. Our main focus is to help them to bring their damaged property back to its pre-loss condition.

The Public Adjusting industry has been in existence for more than 125 years and most of its origins started in Pennsylvania. Even though this industry has been around for some time, many people are still unaware of who we are, why we exist and what it is that we can do for them. Additionally, the industry is continuously growing and in need of well trained professionals to help continue the mission of being the advocate for the rights of the consumer.
The cost to train in this field of work is expensive and there aren't any schools around that have courses devoted exclusively to the Public Adjuster discipline. It's mostly viewed as a 'hands-on' learning experience for many claim reps and field adjusters. |
